A. Instructions for Cancellation
Who This Applies To
Consumers — meaning any individual acting for purposes mostly or entirely outside their trade, business, craft, or profession — have the right to cancel a contract under the conditions below.
When the Right to Cancel Does Not Apply
This right does not extend to consumers who, at the time the contract was formed, were not nationals of an EU member state and whose sole place of residence and delivery address were located outside the EU.
Your Right to Cancel
You can cancel this contract within fourteen days, with no need to give a reason.
This 14-day period begins on the day you — or someone you've nominated, other than the delivery carrier — physically takes possession of the goods.

Feel free to use the cancellation form below, though it isn't mandatory. All that matters for meeting the deadline is that you send your cancellation notice before the 14-day period runs out.
What Happens After You Cancel
Once you cancel, we'll refund everything you paid — including standard delivery costs — promptly, and no later than 14 days after we learn of your decision. The only exception: if you chose a more expensive delivery option than our cheapest standard option, we won't refund that difference.
We may reduce the refund if the goods have lost value due to handling beyond what was needed to check their nature, features, and how they work — you're only responsible for that kind of excess handling, nothing more.
Refunds go back through the same payment method you originally used, unless you've specifically agreed to something else, and you won't be charged any fee for the refund itself. We're allowed to hold off on refunding until we've received the goods back, or until you've shown proof you've shipped them — whichever happens first.
You need to return the goods (or hand them to us) promptly, and in any case within 14 days of telling us you're cancelling. You've met this deadline as long as you send the goods back before that 14-day window closes.
You're responsible for the direct cost of shipping the goods back to us.
Practical Tips for Returning Goods

Try to avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Where possible, return items in their original packaging, with all accessories and packaging materials included, and add outer protective packaging if needed. If you no longer have the original packaging, use something else that will adequately protect the goods in transit.

Please don't send returns freight-collect (i.e., don't ship them in a way that requires us to pay shipping on arrival).

These two tips are just practical suggestions — following them (or not) has no bearing on whether your cancellation is valid.
B. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Voluntary Offer)
This guarantee is a voluntary commercial offer from us, provided in addition to — and never as a replacement for — your statutory 14-day right of cancellation described in Section A above. Your statutory rights remain fully unaffected regardless of whether you use this guarantee.
What it is: Within 30 days of receiving your order, you may request a partial refund equal to 20% of the price you paid, without needing to return the product. In other words, you keep the item and receive 20% of your money back.

How to claim it: Contact us at office@scarccity.com within 30 days of receiving your order and let us know you'd like to use the money-back guarantee. Once confirmed, we'll process the 20% refund to your original payment method.
Important: You cannot combine both options for the same order — choosing the 30-day guarantee (keep the product, 20% refund) is an alternative to, not in addition to, returning the product for a full refund under Section A. If your statutory 14-day cancellation window has already passed, this guarantee remains available for the full 30 days as a separate, optional offer.
